The Golbasi Karsiyaka Villa Residence Project is a distinctive ongoing residential project located on 758th Street in Karsiyaka, Golbasi, Ankara.
The exterior architectural language is shaped by a Scandinavian and Scottish-inspired character, with a strong roof form, dark joinery details, large glass openings, and special stone brick façade cladding.
The interior and exterior architectural designs have been prepared by professional architects, with careful consideration given to façade proportions, window details, balcony use, terrace areas, landscape integration, and the overall living concept.
The construction process is progressing through controlled site management, covering structural works, roofing, façade applications, joinery, exterior cladding, and finishing works.
Currently around 80% complete, the project is planned to offer a modern and characterful living environment in harmony with Golbasi’s natural surroundings and city views.
