About HAT İnşaat
HAT İnşaat was founded by Hasan Atilim Tosun on the basis of commercial experience built since 2009. Today, the company works in residential development, villa construction, turnkey projects, general contracting, and landowner partnership developments.
Our head office is located in Golbasi, Ankara. While Ankara remains our main base, we can also provide services in different cities across Türkiye depending on project scope and client needs.
Our process connects feasibility, permits, procurement, site execution, quality control, and handover through a planned workflow. This keeps each stage visible, measurable, and easier to manage.
Whether the work involves a private residence, a villa project, a landowner partnership development, a contracting assignment, or an urban renewal project, our aim is not only to complete the build but to deliver projects that feel dependable, well grounded, and built to last.
